What Others Are Saying

"ADHD Coaching with Stella has been amazing. I’ve always had plenty of ideas and interests, but following through and managing my time felt impossible. I honestly couldn’t picture life without the chaos, but after a year, things have genuinely shifted. Coaching is a slow burner—I didn’t even realise how much was changing until about halfway in. Meeting with Stella each month helped me set goals and, for the first time, actually achieve them. I also really appreciated Stella’s warmth and humour. During our sessions I felt completely myself, able to share openly without judgment. Thank you, Stella" -Emma S

"Working with Stella has been absolutely transformative for me – across so many areas of my life. From the very first session, I felt seen, understood, and supported. As someone who is queer, poly, and generally a bit outside the norm, I wasn’t sure I’d find a coach who truly ‘got’ my values and experiences. But Stella really does. They bring such insight, warmth, and care to every session, and also offer amazing support between sessions. I’ve learnt so much from the communication practices they model. I always feel safe to unmask and share the messy, vulnerable parts of my ADHD journey, because I know I’ll be met with empathy and genuinely helpful ideas for moving forward, never patronised or pathologized. What’s more, every session is fun – really energising. I leave each one feeling more grounded, hopeful, and capable. Working with Stella has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my wellbeing and growth, and I can’t recommend them highly enough". - KD 2025

I've been working with Stella for the last 6 months. Their insights have helped me greatly. She doesn't shy away from telling you the things you might not want to hear but it's done in a caring and non-judgemental way. I look forward to continue with Stella's coaching. I highly recommend working with them. - DV 2025

A Unique Blend

As a Senior Mental Health Occupational Therapist (HCPC registered) with over 5,000 hours of experience working with neurodivergent clients, I bring a unique perspective to ADHD coaching:

  • Build routines that align with your values and needs

  • Manage sensory processing challenges

  • Navigate daily life with confidence and balance

My background in trauma-informed yoga also informs how I work — bringing body awareness, breathwork, and nervous system regulation into our sessions when helpful.

What is queer ADHD coaching, and how does it support neurodivergent adults?

Queer ADHD coaching is person-centred, trauma-informed support for LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent adults. Sessions blend occupational therapy, coaching, and inclusive practices to help you thrive as your authentic self.

What makes your ADHD coaching service different?

My approach combines years of NHS experience supporting neurodivergent service users as a senior mental health occupational therapist, my background as a trauma-informed yoga and meditation teacher, and my lived experience as a queer ADHDer. You’ll receive professional, holistic, and affirming support, with a strong peer element and a deep understanding of both systemic barriers and personal challenges.

Is your ADHD coaching kink-friendly and inclusive?

Yes! My practice is kink-aware, sex-positive, and welcoming to all relationship styles and identities. I provide non-judgmental, trauma-informed support for queer and neurodivergent adults, including those exploring kink, BDSM, or non-traditional relationships. No judgement here hun.

How do I book a free ADHD coaching session in London or online?

Booking is simple—just click the “Book a Free Discovery Call” button on this page or use the contact form. Sessions are available virtually or in person in London.

Is ADHD considered neurodivergent?

Yes, ADHD is a form of neurodivergence. Neurodivergent support recognises and affirms diverse ways of thinking, learning, and experiencing the world.

Can ADHD get worse with stress?

Unfortunatley yes. Stress can intensify ADHD symptoms like difficulty focusing, emotional dysregulation, and overwhelm. When your nervous system is in overdrive, it's harder to access the executive functions you rely on.

That's why my coaching integrates somatic practices, mindfulness, and emotional regulation techniques. These tools help calm your nervous system so you can think more clearly, respond rather than react, and build resilience over time.

How does sensory processing relate to ADHD?

Many people with ADHD also experience sensory processing differences: being over- or under-sensitive to sounds, textures, light, or other stimuli. This can affect focus, energy levels, and daily functioning in ways that often go unrecognised.

As an Occupational Therapist, I can help you understand your unique sensory profile and how it impacts your life. In coaching, we explore practical strategies to work withyour sensory needs rather than against them. Creating environments and routines that actually support you.
