About the event
You're cordially invited to experience: River Resonance: Flow, Movement, Meditation, and Sound Bath
As we reach the heart of autumn, the season of letting go and embracing change, we invite you to join us for a special event designed to harmonize your body and body. Autumn is a season of transition and reflection. As the days grow shorter and the air becomes crisper, it’s a time to slow down, turn inward, and nurture our inner selves. This season encourages us to let go of what no longer serves us, much like the trees shedding their leaves, and to prepare for the stillness of winter. Our event is designed to align with this natural rhythm, offering you a space to pause, reflect, and resonate with the energy of your heart and the flowing currents within.
River Resonance is an immersive experience that combines gentle somatic movement, meditation, and a sound bath with gong and more. This unique event is a rare collaboration between Stella and Claire, two seasoned practitioners dedicated to guiding you on a journey of renewal and resonance.
During our time together, Stella will gently guide you through practices focused on stimulating the body's internal rivers through gentle flow exercises and somatic movement, fostering a deep connection with your inner flow. This will be complemented by poetry on rivers and change, enhancing the meditative experience. Claire will then lead you through a transformative sound bath, immersing you in soothing vibrations that promote deep relaxation and healing.
River Resonance is suitable for EVERYBODY: regardless of gender, age, or experience level. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner in yoga, movement, or meditation, you're warmly welcomed to join us on this journey of renewal and resonance.

Contraindications of Gong Baths:
While Gong Baths can offer profound benefits, it is important to consider certain contraindications. Individuals with metal implants or pacemakers should exercise caution when attending a Gong Bath. The powerful vibrations produced by the gongs could potentially interfere with the functioning of these medical devices. If you have metal implants or a pacemaker, it is advisable to consult with your healthcare provider before participating in a Gong Bath to ensure your safety.
Additionally, pregnant individuals, especially those in their first trimester, should avoid Gong Baths due to the intense sound vibrations that may disrupt the delicate stages of early pregnancy. As a precaution, expectant mothers should consult their healthcare provider before considering participation in a Gong Bath during any stage of pregnancy.
For those with a history of epilepsy or seizures, Gong Baths may not be suitable, as the resonant frequencies could trigger or exacerbate these conditions. Furthermore, individuals experiencing severe mental health issues or psychosis should seek medical guidance before joining a Gong Bath, as the deep relaxation and altered states of consciousness may impact their well-being.
Your well-being and safety are of utmost importance to us, and we encourage everyone to make informed decisions regarding their participation in this transformative experience. If you have any health concerns or questions about Gong Baths, please consult with your healthcare provider before attending the event.
